TonySurridge Case Study TonySurridge.co.uk are ACCA study publishers, providing self-study and distance learning materials for students undertaking the professional qualifications within the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) governing body.  Their website acts as an e-commerce platform for the study products, and is marketed globally.

The Brief

The initial brief was to launch the new TonySurridge.co.uk website, to break into the heavily competitive marketplace of ACCA accountancy study providers, on a global scale.

Our Approach

Whilst we weren't able to influence the existing URL structure and site architecture, we did adopt a wide variety of techniques to move their campaigns to the next competitive level.  Our services included:

  • on-page and off-page SEO activity,
  • a full social media engagement strategy, across Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Google +
  • a comprehensive content marketing schedule,
  • regulated email marketing campaigns
  • conversion rate optimisation focused primarily with AB testing
  • Geo targeted and behavioral targeted Paid campaigns.

The Results

Overall, the campaigns proved highly successful, supported with a steady growth in new customers and an increase in overall sales. The visibility was greatly improved across multiple mediums, predominantly in Google and Social platforms where the bulk of the target audience populated. 

From a retention point of view, the email marketing campaigns proved, "pound for pound", to be one of the most successful and cost effective strategies adopted.
